Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Wonderful apartment right in the center of Kutaisi with parking directly in front of the building. New, modernly furnished, comfortable, extremely spacious, perfectly equipped. Super comfy beds and there is also washing machine. Communication with the owner is very easy. I definitely recommend it, it is one of the best accommodations we had during our 2-week trip to Georgia, and I would definitely stay again. Nearby lot of restaurants and bars, shops....very centrally located but still quiet during the night.

Quiet location, clean , comfy and cozy rooms. Well maintained and same as show-in in pictures. Located 600 to 700 meters from the fountain and the center. Near to bus stop where you can catch a bus or taxi, I suggest you to use Bolt app. Host was help full , check in and check out was on time. Ideal for family or anyone prefers a comfy and quiet stay, it consists of one closed bed room and one open bed room. If you are checking in late get a bottle of water and on day time tap water is drinkable to which host wil explain at time of check in .
