A lovely clean little apartment that is very central. Alex was a generous host and readily available to support in any way. After we arrived we had to double check the price, as we couldn’t believe it was right! It is a gift of a place.

These containers are in a top location, with stunning Caucasus mountain views, remote and peaceful atmosphere, yet so easily accessible by car. Tsinandali Estate is around the corner (5-10 minutes drive) and so are restaurants and a supermarket in Tsinandali. Just be sure to bring your own food, so you can enjoy using the kitchen, barbecue grill table or make a bonfire. As we understood from the owners it may be possible in the near future to order food at an additional fee if you request beforehand. I stayed with my wife and 5 year old daughter. A big plus is that there's a fence around the container area, so kids can play safely and freely. Highly recommend!!

Super simplistic design and comfortable apartment. Loved the view from the room and enjoyed the pool side in a warm summer day. There is traditional Georgian restaurant nearby which offers delicious organic dishes. Additionally, we tried wine from a family winery located right across the restaurant. Absolutely satisfied with the experience. Totally recommend it.

Our girls trip to Pink House in Tsinandali was fantastic! We rented two apartments and loved the setting with beautiful garden views. The apartments were comfortable and well-equipped. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby attractions. Pink House provided the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience for our getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the charm of Tsinandali!

This is such a quirky property with a working soviet hand cranked gramophone and old documents from the USSR. Definitely a great place property to experience for anyone who is into history. Also the owner kept us well supplied with free wine and chacha.

Very friendly and attentive host. The beds were very comfortable, the children really liked sleeping on the "second floor". The apartment was very clean and cozy. The restaurant was within walking distance which was very convenient.
