Perfectly clean. Excellent soundproofing of the room. Wonderful location - 3 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the center with cafes and markets. Very responsive owner. I would be happy to visit this place again.

The hotel could not be better, it was really clean, the furniture room is all new and has everything needed, including a small fridge. The terrace has a table with chairs and the beds are highly comfortable. I also appreciate the breakfast, with bougatsa to try. The position is good because it is 5 minutes away by car from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It has quite a big swimming pool and the area is chill. The staff is very kind and always available. There is parking and a gym, and for the spa we asked at the last moment and they prepared it in 20 minutes, it was perfect We will be back for sure!

We spent an unforgettable vacation at this boutique hotel, located literally on the beach, with enchanting sea views. A wonderful host, helpful in every way. She even made sure I got on my return bus. Warm, friendly, and supportive. Everything was very clean and well-organized. Only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, and just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. You can definitely choose this place without any hesitation for a great holiday.

Boskos Apartments is a fantastic, clean, freshly renovated and very spacious apartment. The living room is large, with two coaches, a flat TV screen and balcony, offering a view of both the sea and mountains. The kitchen section is equipped with everything the guests might need, including a large refrigerator, a real stove with oven and hobs, electric kettle, a dining table, big enough to accommodate six people and another balcony. Besides the double-size comfy beds in both, there are wardrobes big enough to fit all your luggage and sockets next to the beds. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony with a view to Asprovalta’s biggest church and during the weekend the the festive liturgies can be heard, which creates a special atmosphere. I’ve been visiting Asprovalta for more than 17years, and I cold say that the location is just great – around 100m. from the beach, park, and sea promenade, where is full of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops and kids attractions, on the same time, far enough, to be quiet place. To fight the summer heat and the cold, early spring nights, in every room there are air conditioners, blinds and mosquito nets available. There is also a washing machine in the bedroom, which makes the place suitable even for longer stay. Overall, I could say that the place is great for a family vacation. The only thing you need to have in mind in case you have a disabled person with you, or you travel with small kids is that there is no elevator and the stairs to the apartment are a bit tight, The last, but not least – the owner is extremely polite, friendly and helpful person! We'll be definitely Boskos apartments gusts again.

I liked that it was clean and comfortable, and that we had privacy, the entire yard is just yours. There are enough towels and bedding. Communication is good; the host is present but unobtrusive. Water and a cooled room greet you. You can tell that someone put thought and effort into your stay, which is really nice.

    We only stayed for one night, but we liked the place. Friendly staff, good location on one of the main roads, especially if you are travelling a lot around. The apartment was big, clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. It is close to a camping and to the beach.
