Such a lovely stay, close to centre, very clean and cute. Unique vibe that I have never seen elsewhere. The owner really helped us with tips for food and beaches nearby, which was beautiful and always good. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again sometime.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped studio with a seaview that is accessible from Chios Town by frequent enough buses. Good sandy beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. Given all these positives, there's still one more important positive: the owner, George, who was so welcoming. George was a prompt communicator and offered suggestions to enhance our trip. He also gave us several local or homemade treats, which was very kind!

The view of the hotel was very beautiful. In a quiet location. the rooms were very clean. breakfast was excellent. Many options were offered. The woman who took care of us was very welcoming and friendly. If I come again, it will definitely be among my favorite places.

    Breakifast was exceptional overlooking the pool area. The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and provided a pleasant work environment. Whether morning or afternoon, the sitting area was always enjoyable and proved to be highly productive in completting my daily tasks.

    It is right on the beach. I swam 3 times a day. Just grab your towel and jump to the sea. The views from the balcony apartment is fab. Try to book that one, it makes a huge difference. The owner is super nice and helpful. It is a quiet place where you feel like you are on a private beach. There are 2 other beaches in 10mins walk as well.

    The owners are really friendly and helpful, they managed to get us a car rental as last minute. The location is also beautiful, very close to the Mavra Volia Beach.

    The apartment is located very conveniently in Emporios. Less than a minute walk to the Emporios bay, 3 minutes to a mini market and 1l minutes to famous Mavra Volia beach. The apartment has everything you would need, from bathroom amenities to kitchenware. It was spotlessly clean and has air-conditioning. The owner is extremely nice and a perfect communicator if you have questions. I'll definitely be coming back to stay here when I visit Chios.

    Nice self-catering apartment with a balcony looking out towards Emporio and the sea. Lots of hot water. Washing machine was a useful bonus - as was the coffee and filters for the coffee machine!
