A wonderful and quiet place to relax. Everything was above and beyond. Great location, just a few steps away from the bus stop, from which buses depart every 30 minutes towards Thira. There is quite a big parking lot next to the building where we left our vehicle. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, shops and restaurants that are open till late evening. Lovely owner and staff - we felt like in your own home and they made us feel like family - greeted us every day with a huge smile and were always willing to chat. You can always count on their help, support and advice. Excellent value for money. A tear rolled in the eye as we had to leave and it was for sure a bittersweet feeling. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh, clean towels and bedding, they will even stock you with toiletries. Kitchen fully equipped, you will find everything you need. Pleasant balconies in the rooms - ideal for a relaxing evening drink and snacks after a day full of exploring this beautiful island. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. Swimming pool with clear water and sunbeds available for guests. This place has even more than you expect. All in all, we experienced an unforgettable holiday and made extraordinary memories, in which Three Harites contributed. With a clear conscience, we can recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed

Comfortable vacation home with wonderful contemporary decoration, just steps away from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing terrace area. Close to bus stop to easily go around the island. Stunning hotel, the staff were so friendly. It is about a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, opposite the supermarket is a place where you can hire quad bikes with the beach only a few yards away it was a lovely stay wish we could of stayed longer!

I stayed here for 4 days and I loved it. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The little kitchette was great. I got my shopping in the mini market, which was 2 mins away and ate breakfast and lunch every day on my bacony enjoying the beautiful view of the mountain. I had my dinner at the hotel twice, and the food was delicious. The family who run the hotel are so friendly and helpful. I hiked to the little white church, ancient thera ruins, and the monastry. The start of the hike track is 5 mins walk. It was the perfect base to explore the island. The beach and town centre were a 5 minutes walk. I swam and hiked every day. Room is cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels. The bus service is great too, I got the bus to Fira and Oia. Perissa has a laid-back, beachy feel. Fira and Oia are beautiful villages but were way too crowded. Every day I couldn't wait to get back to Perissa. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe and very confident in getting around the island. Perissa has something for everyone, a perfect balance of an active and relaxing holiday. I loved it here, and I will be back. Next time I will stay longer.

It was my second time @Exi Sea Side Suites. Fantastic! It’s a top1 location, very clean and excellent mattresses (if you suffer from back pain it’s the place to go). Giannis is a great owner, very helpful and friendly. Due to the strong Wifi, also highly recommended for anyone going on a workation. I will come back for sure. Thank you for everything.

    The best location in Perissa. 2 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to the bus stop. Shops is just downstairs also many restaurants is there. Apartment very nice, everything would you need is there. Cleaning every day. Lovely lady in reception and lovely lady who clean the studio. I recommend to everyone to stay in the apartment. We was happy to stay in Sun rise studios.

    The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Exceptionally clean. If there was any item you needed for self catering that was not already provided just ask and they supply it for you. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful to us, she swiftly organised car hire for us when we were having issues with the company we booked with due to our flight being delayed. The pool was beautiful and I saw it being cleaned every day. Approximately 15 minute walk to beach and restaurants.

    We stayed in a 4-bed apartment and had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location with car, scooter, ATV rentals, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket nearby. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and there are many restaurants in the area. We were able to check in early since our room was available at the time. The hotel also arranged airport pick up and drop off for an additional fee of 35/40 Euros, which went well. The rooms were very clean.
