A nice quiet part of Kos island…just right enough to be peaceful while at the same time not very far from the main parts of Kos town and some lovely beach spots. I would recommend using a car to stay at this property. Very well equipped apartment. Would happily stay here again.

The accommodation was absolutely excellent for the price and I would love to return to this place in future in case we would visit this lovely island one more time. We totally enjoyed our view from balcony and the location was perfect as well.

Very clean, modern equipment, very nice staff providing you with perfect information, sea across the street, sea view from the balcony, 10 min walk to the town center, wonderful tavernas in the vicinity. There were water, wine and coffee waiting for us in the room.

A true gem in the heart of Kos! Unicos City Suites impressed us from the moment we arrived. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and radiates a sense of comfort and understated luxury. It had everything we needed – and more: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bright, spacious bedroom. The location was superb – just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a private apartment. Definitely one of those places we’d love to return to!

The property is in a splendid location. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Being on higher ground the property benefits from a cooling breeze. The swimming pool is a good size and the gardens are large, well maintained and pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, save for a dishwasher which I don't regard as essential. The pool is shared by only two apartments, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing place.
