The apartment is spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious with a good size balcony (we stayed in Afroditi apartment with a sea-view). The location is perfect, especially if you do not have a car. The noisy road can not be heard, but the way from the main road is not long and not steep. Just around the corner there is a great cafe Dentrakia, a small supermarket is also close by, and the center of Vathy with all the nice restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops are in a 10-minute walk. A gorgeous beach called Dexa is just 12-minute by foot. Hristo, the owner is super friendly, helpful, guest-oriented and very kind, fast in replying, though speaks little English, but the translation apps can help. There was daily cleaning and a change of bed-linen after two days. The kitchen is properly equipped, you can cook, bake, there is a kettle and a toaster, too. In the fridge 2 big bottles of water, and couple of small butter and jams were waiting for us plus a pack of rusk, coffee capsules, tea-bags and sugar. The bathroom is not big, but also very clean, toiletries were provided, the water pressure was perfect and hot water was always available. The air-condition functioned very well, too. We highly recommend to book Iris Apartment which is in a traditional Ionian Ithacan house for your stay in Ithaca.

Great place. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and lots of hot water. Kitchen met our needs and the supplies in the refrigerator were more than welcome. A bit far from the town "centre" with a steep climb to get from there to the apartment. We had a car so no problem Katarina was a friendly host who spent time chating to us about the area. We will definitely return

First of all - this place is breathtaking! The view from the room is something that is impossible to reflect in the pictures. It is such magical place that it is there to experience it. And the owners Gerasimos and his wife are the kindest people, I will never forget your help with your own car at the start Gerasimos, thank you very much ♡ Ithaki is a special island that took over our hearts and Calypso apartments is the place you just dont want to leave.     The apartment has a very friendly welcoming feel to it. It feels like someones home not just a rental. The owners provided bread, water, butter, biscuits, homemade jams and homemade olive oil. The kitchen is well stocked with numerous plates, cups etc... Owners always available living next door to you. Very well located for Supermarkets, Cafe, bars and restaurants. The beach of Deksia is a short walk away up and over a steep hill.

    We stayed in the apartment/studio deluxe on the top floor. It is clean and confortable, best for two persons. The terrace is huge and has a fantastic view on Vathy. Free parking. Good Wifi. Friendly Host.
