Beautiful property, the apartment was was lower level with lots of big windows (lots of natural light), very spacious and extremely clean. The property is a 10 minute walk from the dart and you can get the train for a couple of Euros to the centre of Dublin. It was a very quiet area and a lovely little village with pubs and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. The host Patricia is lovely. Couldn’t ask for more. We went as a family and it was perfect. Thanks again, this was definitely an excellent option to visit Dublin City centre with a safe,clean and beautiful apartment.

Our stay was excellent, perfect location for what we needed, only 10 minutes approx. on the bus to city centre. Alan was a great host and exceeded our expectations, we travelled by car and parking was available outside the property. Couldn’t fault our stay at all.

First of all, the Grafton Street building location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of city centre but surprisingly sheltered from the typical noises of Dublin's street. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with amenities and efficient solutions in general (e.g. electrical sockets well placed and in adequate number, iron and ironing board, hairdrier, fridge with bottle of water, kettle, tea/coffee sachets ecc.). I would like to mention the guy at the reception, he was always kind and available for any need (e.g. calling cabs, giving tips about the city ecc.).
