Very well located and really convenient to enjoy Connemara. John is living next door and shared interesting information on the region. The grocery stoŕe accross the road is a plus with large opening hours. The house is really confortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

One of the best place we have stayed in recent times. The cottage is really beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. We really loved this place so much that we are already planning to stay here for weeks or month next time.. This place has almost eveything you need for a long stay. Fantastic location, overlooking the Fjord and mountains. Stunning scenery whichever way you drive. The host went above and beyond to help make our stay special, even having the piano tuned for me! The cabin itself is even better than the photos. We were blown away! Everything is very comfortable and the views from the open plan living area and master bedroom are just wonderful. We were very sad to leave this special place.

The guest wing at Kylemore House is a great little find. A quality furnished and fitted out apartment right on the lake. Plenty of kitchen equipment and modern feel to the apartment. Heating was excellent. Bathroom was very good with plenty of hot water pressure. Best of all, take some time out in the afternoon and morning to have a cuppa sitting on the lake side. Better still, take a plunge in the lake off the boat shed if you’re feeling courageous - it was little chilly!
