We had a lovely time during our stay! The cozy apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was such a bonus to wake up to a beautiful field view every morning—so serene and refreshing. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach, and has fantastic restaurants/ shacks! Thanks to Denver who was very friendly and helpful and a click/ buzz away, right before the checkin to checkout. Overall, a great value for money with great location—we’d definitely come back!

We had booked a short stay at “Cinnamon Stays “ with my family . We had a great experience at the this lovely apartment . Everything was just Perfect 👌🏼. My parents are old and i was worried how they would manage here , but the comfort level at this place is totally 👍🏼 satisfying . From the lovely warm welcome we received with a simple welcome board… but it made our day . Every tiny detail was taken care of so well . The place is so pretty and absolutely clean that u actually don’t feel like leaving it . We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every bit . Especially the lawn outside where you can have a lovely family time together ! As i said we had a perfect 👌🏼 ❤️comfortable holiday . Thank you 😊 Also would like to mention the Host Amruta is so warm and understanding . We did not have any issues with anything . Love this place and waiting to come back soon 😃

Nice studio central in Beneluim met by owner on arrival .Quiet residential block.Walking distance to beach which was amazing 🤩 always nice cool breeze.Studio had everything you needed to cook if you needed too for vacation stay including washing machine Owner kindly arranged taxi to Mopa airport enjoyed my stay and would return .

Everything about this accommodation was just simply great. I have been to Goa 4 times, and this is by far the best hotel/apartment I have stayed in. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff were exceptional and just really, really lovely people. The surroundings were nice and peaceful and it was only a short walk to the main strip of Benaulim and the beach. The rooms are huge, well decorated and again very clean. Overall, I highly rate this place and would recommend it to anyone. I am 30 and took my mother and it was perfect for us, as it would be for also couples and even families with children. Thanks again, we had a great time 😊🫶🏻

I recently had an exceptional stay at Beach Home Stay Goa and I cannot recommend it enough. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly our host, Sam. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a marvelous time. Sam's hospitality was second to none. He greeted us with a warm smile, and it was clear from the start that he genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. He was always available, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations on what to see and do in Goa. His knowledge of the area was truly impressive. The beach home itself was stunning. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The highlight of the home was the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sound of crashing waves. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Goa. Booking our stay at Sam's place was definitely a great decision. We felt right at home in his beach house and enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. We were able to explore the vibrant culture and enjoy the delicious Goan cuisine. We were so impressed with our experience that we immediately booked another stay at Sam's place in December. That's how confident we are in recommending this beach home to others. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was just the right size—cozy yet spacious enough for our group (family of 4) to feel comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We had all that was needed to do some basic cooking. Microwave, cooking range, Fridge, utensils...you name it. The location was ideal, situated close to local attractions, restaurants etc. It was easy to explore the area, and we loved how quiet the neighborhood. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Very clean and good facilities. The pool was excellent and not too busy. The apartment was close to the quiet end of the Benalim beach, with plenty of Beach shacks. It was also close to restaurants and bars in the village. Special shout out for Sam who was always extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again

    Hospitality of the host the owner was always available if needed. The apartment is new and the facilities were very good. Suitable for family. Shops and restaurants nearby We really enjoyed the stay and we will visit this apartment again when we visit Benaulim. Benaulim beach walkable distance (1.5 Km). Felt safe through out the stay. It is well maintained and have everything for a comfortable stay.

    We spent a great two days in Beseco Bed and Breakfast. Naythan and Chantele were very helpful, letting us check in early after our night train, booking cabs for us... The apartment is very clean and confortable. The nearby beach, around 20 min walk from the house, is beautiful. We felt very safe as two female traveler.s

    Cute spacious apartment, perfect for couples or family with 2 kids. Naythan and his family are lovely hosts, and go out of their way to make their guest's stay comfortable. It's a 15min walk to the beach, and not particularly fun when it's hot. But you can rent a scooter easily enough, either from Naythan or the handful of places that advertise their rentals. They have great breakfast options, and plenty of places close by to chose from for all meals.All in all, we had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend Beseco!
