The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with a modern design that’s both functional and comfortable. As a brand-new apartment complex, everything feels fresh and state-of-the-art. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a comfortable living space, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious and stylish living areas. Whether you’re staying for a short period or longer, Zen Residences truly has everything you need. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for about a month with my father, who was undergoing medical treatment at the nearby hospital, and I can wholeheartedly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, I felt right at home. The hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s an entire experience built around comfort, convenience, and incredible hospitality. The apartment itself was everything we needed and more. The space was impeccably clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials—plates, utensils, a small cooking pot, and a gas stove—so we could easily prepare meals when needed. There’s also a comfortable sofa and a cozy bed that made unwinding after a long day so much easier. And if you ever need to do laundry, there’s a washing machine on the roof, which was a lifesaver and saved us from having to find a laundromat. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the owner and his family. They are some of the most kind, attentive, and genuine people I've ever met. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from providing water bottles at an affordable price to offering guidance on local services and restaurants. His son was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything. It was clear that hospitality is their priority, and they made us feel like part of their family. The location is perfect—just steps away from the hospital, making it incredibly convenient for those visiting for medical reasons. There’s also an ATM inside the hospital, so you don't have to go far for cash. Restaurants are within walking distance, so if you want to eat out, you have plenty of options. This hotel is new, spotless, and offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

wonderful stay! stylish clean cozy room with wooden furniture, very welcoming and caring owner, great Indian breakfast with fruits and recommendations on the trip. 10 minutes to the sea shore and main places of interest, 1 minute to the main road. One of my best stays in India, highly recommended)

We liked everything about this place. It is set in one of the interesting backstreets, an easy 15 min walk to the seafront. Jude, the host, is super friendly and helpful. The room is basic but good value for money. The balcony area was great, with a fan and shading. Drinking water provided as well as a kettle and tea.
