The furnishings are brand new, and the entire apartment is extremely clean. Both Arona town center and Lake Maggiore are within easy walking distance, and the residential area is very quiet. Mira is extremely easy to reach at any time and is the most welcoming person you could imagine. We'll be back.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I can only use one word to describe our stay at Rest and Relax - On The Lake Perfect. From the moment we arrived in Italy Fabrizio couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome, as the saying goes he went above and beyond the call of duty such a kind and considerate host. Now Arona itself has lots to offer. A vibrant square with a host of restaurants for all tastes. A beautiful colourful promenade with stunning views. Beautiful old chapels. Excellent shopping. About 20 min walk along the promenade there is a park where you can 'from June onwards' hire pedalo's loungers and have easy access to the lake for swimming, but you can swim any time. Now the icing on the cake is the accommodation. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are the best I've ever slept on The rooms boast beautiful old features. The garden is exactly as shown in the pictures but the experience is breathtaking the views and the atmosphere are so special. Thank you so much for all the help you gave us. We will definitely return and highly recommend to friends

I was in touch with our host the whole day as I had some special requirements for check-in and she was always available and friendly. We met at the property at the designed time and she showed me around the whole place. The location is fantastic, although I wouldn't really say it's "by the lake", yet you can reach it on foot in just a few minutes. The place was neat and clean and all the towels and bed sheets were fresh.

    The apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator and with a lovely surrounding balcony. This gives you a beautiful view in all directions, with Lake Maggiore on one side and the mountains on the other.

    The view, loved the balcony windows, great bathroom, super comfy and lovely kitchen. The apartment was super easy to access too with the elevator entrance straight to the apartment. Lidiana was also so welcoming! Will be back again to stay if visiting Arona.

    Beautiful modern apartment at a great location at a walking distance from the city centre. The hosts are hospitable and friendly and they make you feel really welcome. It's a great apartment to spend more than 1 night as it has all the facilities you'd need. The car can be parked inside a fenced courtyard which is great as well! Definitely a place to stay for a next visit to Lago Maggiore.
