I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! Everything was great! Bellagio is absolutely perfect place to go everywhere around the lake and the Residence was amazing. Very easy checkin and checkout, beautiful room with view and terrace. The bed was amazing, big and very comortable. The location is perfect and really helped us to do everything we planned in Bellagio. Great experience, we'll definetly come back :)

Stunning location. Loved the apartment, it was actually perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and Carlo our host thought of EVERYTHING. He was so friendly, welcomed us, and sent us all the recommendations. It was so comfortable and absolutely cozy. So warm (as we visited during shoulder season, which means it was cold outside). The sofa bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom and kitchenette were the highlights of the apartment, and everything was brand new - appliances, furnishings, etc. Absolutely spotless and so well maintained. I couldn't believe our luck in finding this place. It is beautiful and made our stay at Lake Como/ Bellagio utterly worth it. Carlo, thank you so much for your kindness - we really appreciated it. As for the location - approx. 20 - 25 min walk to the town centre, and you can catch a ferry to the main parts of Lake Como. Super easy to catch it to Varenna once you're in the town centre.

We felt like at home. The apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils. We stayed with a baby. Marco, the host, provided us with a baby cot. There was also a small bathtub and a small pool for a baby. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept very well. Wifi worked very well. The location suited us very well. The apartment is located about a 15-minute walk from the city center along the main road, which is not disturbing. There is a spacious parking lot right in front of the house, which has a large garden. There is also a supermarket nearby. Marco, who welcomed us, was very kind and always available and ready to advise. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit.
