We stayed as a group of four and had a fantastic time! The property is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located to explore the area. The property (Silvia) was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Rosita, the communication with Eleonora was very easy and the house is situated in a beautiful part of Bolsena. We could reach everything by food and there are many cute bars and restaurants close by. Also the beach is away in circa 15 minutes walking distance so we can definitely recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to spend a relaxed and nice vacation at Lago di Bolsena and we would love to come back there soon🙂

Location Very clean and spacious, well equiped kitchen. Hosts were a great couple - gave us a voucher for local parking. Would have returned when we stayed in Bolsena on 9th Oct but it was booked out.

The appartment is a few steps from the lake and only for a short walk from the city. It is a nice, well equipped calm flat on the first floor of a bulding. Calm neighbourhood, nice little town. Private parking. Working air-condition! Manulea is keeping excellent communication and gave very precise informations about how to get there. When it tumed out on Sunday morning at 8:00 that the hairdryer does not work, she was there with a new hairdryer in about 90 minutes! Would reccomend to stay there!

Host was very nice and helpful. He gave us free ride to the Civita. The room was spotless clean. The kitchen was so well stocked with so much food. He even prepared champagne and beer for us. We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

    Right in the middle of the historic area. The 2 story apartment had a fun gathering living room/ dining room, kitchen, and powder room on the second floor of the building with the bedrooms and a full bath one floor above. The owner was great, providing a warm welcome with great suggestions for places to eat. Immaculate and very well kept and comfortable apartment in a centuries old building.

    Stayed for three nights while traveling around Toscana / Lazio / Umbria. Very quiet and convenient place to stay for exploring Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Viterbo etc. surroundings. Bolsena too offers some nice views of the lago, attractions and good food to spend evenings or even a day. Apartment itself, although a bit tight, has everything you need, including kitchen equipment. Host Manuela was really nice, and that small welcome gift was consumed with a great pleasure in a sunny balcony :)

    This huge apartment was sparkling clean and so very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great kitchen for cooking. Large bathroom . Everything was perfect. Also quick check in. Beds super comfortable. Nice bed linen. Close to bus stop as well. Quiet.
