Amazing! Very kind and helpful staff! The apartments are very functional and spacious, there is absolutely everything you need. Very clean. Since the apartments are located in a residential area, you are provided with a map indicating supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants nearby. The center can be reached by tram number 1 (10 minutes) or on foot (30 minutes). Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!

The location of the apartment was at the epicentre of Florence. We couldn't have been any more central. It became a bit of a joke that pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was between a one and a fifteen minute walk away. There was an amazing view of the piazza in front of the duomo from our windows. It was wonderful to drink a cup of tea and watch the goings on below. The apartment was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area with a gorgeous frescoed ceiling. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. I have arthritic knees and the apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was a perfectly cute elevator to waft us upwards.

This is an exceptional property in a perfect location. A stone's throw away from the Duomo and close to lots of fantastic night life. The host is excellent and speaks perfect English. He is a true gentleman and not only recommended amazing places to eat, he also gave us a great tip regarding buses to Siena. We really enjoyed our stay in Firenze and would highly recommend this host. He also has another property in Siena so do ask about this before booking your onward trip here if you plan to do so.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern apartment in Florence. The design is lovely, and it comes with all the amenities we needed. Cristina was very responsive to our queries and arranged an efficient valet parking service for our rental car. Though we didn't meet her in person, the check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The apartment comfortably accommodates a family of four with large luggage. Its location is excellent, being next to a tram station and very near Santa Maria Novella station.

Great space, really good size for a family of four (or two couples) and the two bathrooms was such a great bonus! The flat is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, but only one and getting our three suitcases up really wasn’t that difficult! Really clean and modern apartment. Great location for walking the city, with lots of good food choices within just a few minutes walk! We had a couple of small issues but Nicco our host went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks Nicco!

Wonderful, quiet, loft apartment in a modern building just 15 minutes from the main train station in Florence and only half an hour from the Ponte Vecchio. Marian is a wonderful hostess who met me at the flat. She also gave some great sightseeing tips. It has 2 bathrooms, both with showers, but one with a bath too and this was most appreciated, as was the washing machine.

The staff waited for us at the main entrance to the condominium. The location was perfect. it was walking distance to food and all the sights as well as shppping. The apartment was a good size 1br apartment with a living room and an open kitchen.

Super helpful staff who provided information and advice to assist with our visit. Super clean, modern apartment, plenty of space to move about and balcony with laundry tub, compact kitchen for self catering with freezer that actually kept our tub of gelati frozen! Handy location close to shops, including pasticceria, supermarket and restaurants, and to the tram stop to access the airport or city centre.

This apartment with terrace is exactly as pictured. The view of the terrace and location were amazing. The apartment also has everything you could need. The beds were comfy, and the third bedroom is more of a loft area but it is secluded. The living room area is very comfortable and a perfect place to relax after a long day in the city. The bathrooms were clean. The building is nice and clean, there is a lift that comes in handy for having the top floor flat. Would stay again!
