The apartment was with nice view to lake Como and beautiful sunrise. Large beds, huge rooms, baths and very good equipment kitchen. Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 people. But the best thing about the apartment was The Host. She was incredibly responsive and helped us with our difficulties that had nothing to do with renting the apartment. Made our experience so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Great apartment in lovely Bellano, close to the train station and lake shore, supermarket across the road. The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns

Wow - great host who kept us informed all the way, and checked to see that we arrived ok. The Vikey app with remote door opening worked flawlessly. And super clean, spacious and new. This was a fully equipped 2-bedroom home with a nice piece of grass to enjoy the beautiful weather. Everything you would need is in the apartment if you wanted to cook a meal, but you would have to bring everything from the grocery store in town. There is also a handy parking spot just in an adjacent field. Would definitely recommend a car to bring luggage up the hill from town - it is a bit of a trek. Book the apartment for a family of four - lots of room!

Klod was an absolutely wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got to the hotel ok by picking us up from our previous accommodation and dropping us off at the ferry port when we needed to get back. He gave us some great tips for the area, which is lovely and peaceful compared to the main town. There is a shortcut to the centre of town which is a 12-15minute walk, however after staying there the first two nights we were more than happy to explore the restaurants around the accommodation. There are some lovely places including a very reasonably priced pub and a restaurant with a beautiful view. There is also a very private beach a short walk from the room which was a great bonus! The cabin itself is so charming and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Klod :)

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

    Amazing location. Good service. The location is ideal as it is just opposite the lake. It is near to ferry stop. Good part of this ferry stop is that last ferries from Bellagio and Varenna are available till 11:40pm. There are restaurants and Mini Market in the vicinity. It is a spacious apartment. The apartment has AC which is very important when the weather is hot. It is very clean.

    The apartment was absolutely wonderful! We had 2 bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms and a studio kitchen! There was enough space for the whole family. We had everything we needed for the stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment! The apartment was relatively close to them ferry station and there is a small shop not far from it.

    Very nice location close to the lake. Close to the bus stop and the ferry which was amazing since it is basically impossible to drive a car anywhere and park it. The host Maria was very quick to answer questions and we met the owner who was also very kind. We lived in the top floor apartment and it was great with a lot of space. The balcony was definitely the highlight of the apartment. Sitting out there with a drink and enjoying the view was absolutely amazing.

    Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!

    Very spacious, light and bright apartment with private balcony. Lovely view. Good location for a short stay without access to a car as it's close to ferry stop to access Bellagio/Varenna and easily accessible by C10 bus from Como town. Limited choice of eateries in locality for vegetarians but did find decent pizza restaurant 'San Torre'. Bar impero was a great breakfast spot.

    We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a glass of prosecco. Paired with the beautiful view across the lake...what else can you ask for? The apartment exceeded our expectations, in that really everything we needed was provided for. The kitchen was equipped very well, the entire apartment was laid out and thought through really well. We felt comfortable and happy and will gladly return.
