I can't say enough good things about Magnolia. Simona was in constant communication with us from booking to arrival - she gave us ideas of what to do around town, helped to arrange transportation, and was available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and cozy - it had everything we needed! The property grounds were so dreamy - filled with roses and so many little nooks to explore. The pool was the icing on the cake. Located right across the street from the water, we were in the perfect walkable location to explore Lenno. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed 3 days in the Villetta Abbazia Acqua Dolce and were 8 of us. The place is very nice with a beautiful terrasse and view on Como Lake. Inside the villetta, the rooms and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. We got really 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, and we appreciated a lot. Of course, the best is the terrasse and as the weather was good, you can imagine we stayed long time to stay outside. The small village is also very quiet and lovely. Thanks a lot for the house owner and the welcome.

Our stay at Breva Loft was truly wonderful! The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and stunning surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Our host, Klod, was amazing, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He even offered to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived late, which made our trip much easier. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay. Hopefully, we will return during the summer holidays.

Away from the maddening crowds. Lake Como is very busy but this apartment is tucked away from any crowds or traffic. Be prepared to do a lot of walking though as its a distance from the town, ferry and shops. Small but new kitchen. Very clean. Great balcony to relax on and take in the views. we were there for a week so it was perfect

The owners had everything prepared to us, the place felt luxurious and is beautifully located. Very easy acces via trainstation (road up on hill). There is a small baker nearby with some nice goodies. We had a amazing stay, grazie!

    Clean and tidy apartment. Access to pool and to local amenities. The views were beautiful. Surrounding area was quiet and tranquil. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. We had a power outage and they attended within an hour to resolve. They even provided helpful guides for all we might need during our stay. Really made our stay memorable.

    Perfect little apartment right on the lake front. Completely self catering, which is what we wanted as it’s located near plenty of nice restaurants and the main shop. Also we left an engagement ring behind by mistake. The landlord was incredibly helpful and ensured it was returned to us in the post, they have gone above and beyond for us!

    fantastic location in a lovely place, everything within easy walking distance, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you needed for a short stay…..great value for money. Our host Maurizio was brilliant, quick to respond, very accommodating and provided good advice and suggestions to eat and visit - thank you for all your help, we loved our stay.
