The owners had everything prepared to us, the place felt luxurious and is beautifully located. Very easy acces via trainstation (road up on hill). There is a small baker nearby with some nice goodies. We had a amazing stay, grazie!

We loved staying in Nicole’s apartment! It’s huge, light, modern, super clean and brand new. Big balcony with lake view as well as private garden, from where you can enter the hiking trail! Nicole is super sweet and always available if you havw questions. From the apartment you have the perfect starting point to do all kind of excursions and trips. It was super quiet and we really enjoyed our stay! Would always come back!

Everything was great. Apartment was wide and easily accomodated 5 people. We really appreciated the neatness and other things provided by the host. We had all the things we needed! This apartment was beautiful! The thoughtfulness in everything didn’t go unnoticed. The warm lighting, comfortable bed, stunning windows with view, the spaciousness, the easy check in, the homey feel ~ it was perfect. We loved it! It was close to walk to the ferry and visit Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna, and the streets felt quaint and quiet compared to the busier towns, which was nice to enjoy. We loved the restaurant Il Crotto, and the little grocer Il Buon Gusto!

    Clean and very spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Possibility to unload luggage at the accommodation and then park in a private parking lot (you will get a remote control to the gate) 2 minutes on foot. Great starting location to Varenna, Lecco, beach 3 minutes walk. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to do laundry. Caty took good care of us and left us drinks in the fridge and pastries for breakfast.

    Lovely location you could sit out on the balcony watching the lake water in total peace and quiet. Great to also be able to walk downstairs and have a swim just below the apartment. Outdoor dining area great too.
