The lady there was so helpful as we had heavy suitcases and there were so many stairs to climb up to the apartment. Her and her friend lifted the cases up for us. (For leaving there is a crazy man (Italian style driver!) who will take your cases downstairs and deliver them to the railway platform for 10 euros a case) The apartment was clean, there was a washing machine which was welcome.
