Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location was excellent, close to several nice restaurants and a great view of the lake from our balcony. Lovely swimming pool and games room for the kids. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. We hope to return again in the future.

Great place, very well designed. Despite a lot of people in the whole complex we felt comfortable and at peace. We had an apartment with a small garden, which was perfect for our dog. The pool was nice and clean.

Very nice stay. Facilities were sufficient, right next to the beach. Bathroom and toilet are new and clean. Kitchen has everything you need and there was good communication with the owner. We felt very comfortable with our dog there as there are other dogs but it’s never loud. 10/10 stay

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, good location,friendly neighborhood, excellent communication with the owner. Moniga del Garda is less crowded, but it's convenient to drive to those famous towns like Sirmione, Lazise, Bardolino, Verona...We enjoyed our time in the flat!

Good size appartment with comfy beds. Nice place to sit outside with a great view. Beach and places to eat and ice cream in walking distance. Nice pool. Staff helpful with guidance to where and how to park in the neighbourhood since we had to cars. One car was offered free parking in the garage, and we we got a free parking the first day for the second car. Staff was very helpful with our questions and welcomed us with a bottle of local rose wine when we arrived. What a lovely gesture! A beautiful, calm and relaxing place that I highly recommend.

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

I recently stayed at an apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I truly appreciate her hospitality.     Amazing location near the Garda lake. Apartment was clean, we had a terrace with wonderful view to the lake. There was a pool near the apartment. The theritory overall was really beautiful.

    We loved everything about this residence. It was awesome, we all enjoyed, the kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pools, playgrounds. Our apartment was in great position, we had 5 seconds to the pool, we had beautiful view. And pizza in a restaurant was great as well (we tried only pizza). If you don't need wi-fi, that this is the best choice for couples and families! Thank you Residence Primera.

    It was a last minute booking following an Airbnb cancelation and this was the best thing it could happen. Simone is a super friendly host. He was there on time, in contact with us when needed, giving us tips about the region and providing us a parking place. Great view from the apartment + jacuzzi + good pool. Amazing!

    Residence is really nice , apartments well equipt and spacious. Kitchen was not so good, but if you are hungry 😊 the supermarket is cool, the morning croissant are really tasty.

    The pool is amazing! The apartment is well organized if you are a family of 4 person. You can also wash your clothes there with only 2 euro/round. The bed was amazing! The air conditioning is also ideal because you only need to turn it on for 20'-30 minutes and you will enjoy a cool air inside for few hours. The terrace is big enough. I reccomend this location if you want to enjoy your holiday and visit also the towns around gara lake.
