We had an amazing stay at Francesca's apartment! She was incredibly kind, hospitable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – even preparing a delicious home-cooked meal for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment is small but very cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and Francesca’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. I couldn’t imagine better place than Santa Maria 24. The breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, everything fresh. We could eat outside and inside. The room was extra clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything: the sea, restaurants, gelato, marina. The staff was very friendly and they even helped me to get to the hosplital because of the urgent issue. They also organised a taxi transfer from and to airport/hotel. Thank you all for your kindness. I couldn’t have made the better choice

Our stay at appartamento 14 was absolutely fantastic. The location could not be better – right in the charming historic center of Monopoli, just a short walk from beautiful beaches, cozy cafés, and stunning piazzas. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bright, airy living space and the small thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing a nice breakfast or dinner. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. If you’re visiting Monopoli and want a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay, Apartmento 14 is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and newly renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. It was centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the nearby towns and beaches. Ralu and Pierluigi were outstanding hosts—so warm and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Each morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast using fresh local produce, which was such a lovely touch. Their hospitality truly made our stay in Monopoli memorable. Highly recommend!

Everything was exceptional! Communication with owner/manager was great-they replied immediately, were very helpful, all very clearly, with the goal to make my stay very pleasant. Apartment is located in the perfect location-few streets away from old town and close to train station and everything you need-shops, few steps away from cafes. About the flat-everything is brand new and designed with taste. You would have everything you need - small but functional kitchen, very comfortable queen size bed, good internet, a TV and the best balcony ever. Something that blown my mind were slices of focaccia waiting for me upon my arrival, as a first meal in Monopoli! Everything was just beautiful and very very pleasant. Would recommend and definitely would come back!

    Very good situation near everything, restaurants, beach.... Beautiful view from the apartment. Very clean and you have everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with our luggage and told us a place where to park free just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Thank you for everything!

    This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

    We got a whole flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, location is great as it is just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the city center, wifi was fast and was easy to get on to, modern apartment, easy access to Carrefour in the neighborhood

    The apartment is located 100 m from the Monopoli train station, from there you can easily travel to Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni, Brindisi and Lecce. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated, beautiful, modern style. But the best about this rental is not the flat.. The family who owns it is the most welcoming, most flexible and most generous we have ever come across! We have travelled a lot, but B.'s hospitability is unmatchable! We cannot thank her enough for her generosity!
