Amazing views, good kitchen and a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the terrace space and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom, useful for the summer nights. Marianna was very helpful and easy to contact. We are very grateful for her assistance.

The staff was very friendly and that the breakfast was already prepared for the morning made things easier for us. The location was cozy, close to the lake. We also welcomed the free parking close to the room, so the luggage was unloaded quickly. Motorcycle friendly.

On the one hand, selfishly, I would like to say that you shouldn’t come here (so that we’d still have the chance to return and book the apartment again – after what we’ve seen, the place will surely be fully booked all year round). But in truth, this is the most beautiful place we’ve ever visited with our family. Starting from the stunningly designed interiors (the décor was top-class, never overwhelming, yet immediately radiating quality and meticulous attention to every detail of the furnishings), to something I can only describe as a fairytale I had previously known only from paintings... I mean the surroundings. It’s something that is hard for me to put into words – views you can gaze at for days on end, each time noticing new details. Baluardo Apartments is something that even a perfect 10/10 Booking score cannot truly capture. It is a private paradise on earth. Absolutely stunning place with an unforgettable view from the terrace! The terrace is spacious and perfect for everything – from relaxing on sun loungers to sipping coffee in cozy armchairs, enjoying a delicious dinner by candlelight with quiet music, or even dancing a romantic slow dance under the stars. The view is simply breathtaking. The pool may be small, but it’s just perfect for the apartment – and the panorama from there is even more beautiful. The host was very helpful and welcoming – we were greeted with chilled water and a bottle of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended – a magical place for couples.

    The apartment is spacious and the separate entrance right off the alley makes you feel part of the village. The owners live below, but there is total privacy. This part of the village is historic, quiet and secluded, yet at the same time directly accessible by ferry few times a day.

    Nice modern apartment, located in a quiet street, equipped with all comfort you need. Parking for 7€/day in Sulzano, left the car for the whole time and enjoyed travelling around Lago Iseo by boat and by bike on the Monte Isola.
