The apartment is very comfortable, clean and pleasantly decorated. Its main feature is the lovely terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the nearby coast. The host is very pleasant and responsive, and helped us immediately when an issue arose with the automatic lock system. This is the second time we stay at this property and we love returning here.

Very friendly owner of the apartment. Always was in contact and always was ready to help if we needed something. Very beautiful apartment with an amazing view and lots of day light in it. Beach is in walking distance. You can rent there sun beds or you can also bring your own towel and umbrella. We also traveled to France, which is very close, just an hour driving. So the location of the apartment is perfect, you can explore Italy and also go to France if you want. Definitely would recommend this place!

Brilliant apartment which has everything we needed. Marcello greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. He showed us around the apartment and also recommended lots of places to visit and eat at too. Only a 20 min walk into the centre. Will definitely use again if we come back to Sanremo.

Loved this place, it's clean and safe and has everything you need. Close to the train station, close to the beach and the host Alessandra was very nice and helpful. If we go back to Ventimiglia we will definitley stay here again.

    A comfortable summer apartment, the block was very well looked after and peaceful and safe. Nice terrance with space for eating and relaxing with sea views. Although the apt doesn’t have AC, with the fan and sea breeze it cooled down nicely, we all slept well. The only thing I’d change is the fridge, this needs upgrading to a larger modern appliance.

    We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Upon arrival, Carmen and Franco warmly welcomed us and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even gifted us fresh strawberries, which was a lovely touch. Their recommendation for a local restaurant was spot-on, and we had a wonderful dinner there. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

    We stayed in a wide apartment with 2 balconies and sea view. Apartment was excellently equipped. A parking was available for us. The manager is nice and can provide you with all kinds of information to help you make the best of your holidays. The residence is just a 5-minute stroll away from the bike rental point where you can start the Cycling Riviera.
