Well placed for visiting Padua - 10 min walk to old town major attractions. The host is very helpful. The rooms were clean and spatious. In the morning, we woke up with the smell of freshy baked bread coming from the downstairs little shop.

A very cozy,, completely renovated apartment , very conveniently situated in a little street that leads directly to the Piazze, the beating heart of the city, threading its way along the facades of the old buildings, covered in jasmin trees and into the shade of the porticos typical of the local architecture. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, endowed with every comfort—a bathroom for each room, for example, a place for reading, working and why not? daydreaming by the windowsill—a large, inviting common area full of information about the city and its many attractions. Better still, the owners are always ready to provide said information, prove friendly and helpful every time you need them. You can walk every morning to see what’s new in the Piazza dei Signori, have your coffee under the colonnade, go look at the magnificent frescoes by Menabuoi in the Batisterio while the bells from the Duomo toll the end of the mass. At night you can walk to the opposite end of the street to check the season’s programme at the Teatro Verdi, enter its elegant lounge decorated in the 19th century imperial style, catch a dance show or a concert. Then wander off into the balmy night of the old city as long as you like before returning to the coolness of the Amikales rooms.

Everything was just fabulous. Loved that the hosts had thought about what people who are traveling away from home need, and left out everything you don’t need! A simple modern decor, comfy bed, great hot shower, access to a washing machine and outdoor space to enjoy the evenings were welcome after days of art and history. This is such an individual and artistic fit out, and a space that is so far removed generic hotel rooms. We stayed in 5B Obizza, with the beautiful wallpaper of St Antonio Church ceilings and domes. A lovely local reference, and rather fitting because we were there on mid June (coincidentally) so the amazing annual festival of St Antonio with pilgrims and masses happening just down the street. Padova such a great friendly city to enjoy and walk around, with fantastic public transport. The Orta Botanica a highlight for us, an evening viewing of Scrovengi Chapel and the public gardens there also have a great energy. So easy to travel to Venice or Vicenza for day trips. Don’t hesitate, just book and enjoy a seamless experience with great hosts and team.

The owners are always ready to help.     It's quite close to Orto Botanico and Prato della Valle, both of which were among the highlights of our short stay in Padova. The host is really kind and makes check-in very smooth. From the balcony you have a view of the Sant Antonio Basilica. The apartment is spatious, clean and well equipped.

    Cozy apartment in relatively good location, close to the spectacular San Antonio church, about 5 mins from the nearest tram and bus stop. Very efficient air conditioning was saving me from the heat. The flat was well equipped for one week stay, with enough cloth hangers, kitchenette, small fridge. Good wifi. Convenient self check-in and checkout.

    Padua was a huge success in our trip and largely due to Elena, the owner and her personal attention, meeting us, letting us leave our luggage earlier and the recommendations that she gave. The newly renovated apartment, in an old building, right in the heart of the old town, had everything we could hope for. We arrived by train and took the tram right in front of the station, for about 4 stops to Livio, meters from our destination - easy! The stairs are very nifty - just hang on! We will do it again.

    The apartment is a studio flat with a bed and a kitchenette with small table and chairs. All modern and comfortable and perfect for a stay of a few days or longer. It has a shared courtyard and laundry facilities which we did not use but all good. Great communication from host as well, very welcoming. Felt very safe.
