Very modern well equipped apartment. Very new. A little hard to find but the girls came and met us. Parking outside your door and great location if needing to leave for the airport. Complimentary bottle of wine and water, juice, croissants and jams supplied. Coffee machine with pods. Perfect for our last night in Italy.

Spacious apartments central location to where i needed to be. Lots of items there cleaning products pots cutlery saucepan etc.spare bedding and some kitchen items. At the end of my stay I stripped the beds and washed the towels and left then on balcony to dry. It's something I do, even though I've payed gor a service. It's a nice thing to do 😊

the appartment is new with lot of small details. very comfortable and we'll equiped (both kitchen and bathroom). Samantha was just great, understanding (we come whole hour after initial plan, and checking-in time), and helpfull. location is great for exploring Castel Gandolfo and Lago Albano but to be close enough from center of the Rome. Much much much more for less, is the best description of this listing

    The apartment is located on the roof of a shopping mall, above the parking lot. It is very convenient to stay by car with luggage. Large hall and large bedroom. Large bed with a comfortable mattress. Two modern air conditioners.

    It exceeds our expectation for the price we paied. It's a condo with an attic. Beatiful view and very spacious deck outside the attic. It's not huge, but enough for our needs. Everything is very thoughtfully designed, so it's very convenient and cozy. The stairs are a little steep, as shown in the picture of the property, but it doesn't matter for us. It is located in 4th floor, there is an elevator. Gated community, designated parking space. Close to town. Nice owner. BTW: no WiFI yet for the apartment.

    The owner was absolutely fantastic,he picked me up where I was and dropped me off on his apartment with a smile, location is beautiful and the apartment is beautiful,clean and it just feels home. The owner left me water ,some snacks,coffee tea and some other bits,fantastic stay I will be back.😃

    The accommodation was excellent, the apartment very clean and comfortable. Christian is a very fair guy because we couldn't figure out where the accommodation is, he came and picked us up by car.

    Very good contact with the owner . Apartment clean and comfortable. He made for us second bed. I was very thankful. The owner showed me where to park a car. Good equipment in the aprtment. I count find a big nife for cutting in the kitchen but it's nothing important.

    The apartment was easy to find, living room spacious, clean. It's located on top of the parking of the supermarket so it's actually not a residential building (not where you usually find an apartment, but I found it's location very convenient - parking right in front of the door and nice supermarket below).
