September 25, this is a brand new/refurbished apartment. It is 250 meters from the beach, 150 meters from closest grocery store, and 100 meters from closest charming restaurant. But the real gem with this place is the roof top terrace. Large, with sunbeds, parasols, dinner table, some exercise equipment. Fantastic view over Mount Monaco, late evening sun. The place was extraordinarily clean, and the host Carola was seriously the most service minded and flexible host there is. This was my third trip to San Vito LC, I will pick this place also the next time. Family of 4 from Norway/ living in Sicily last 3 years.

The host Stephania was incredibly helpful. Kept checking in with us throughout our stay. She gave us great tips and even help make us phone calls (reservations etc.) in Italian. There was an incredible terrace and BBQ accessible to us. The bed was very comfortable.

    Lovely flat and amazing staff, extremely helpful. The position was just perfect, few steps from the sandy beach, on a blue sea, few steps from the super busy promenade and centre. Lots of things to do and see, lots of great food! The agent was amazing even on organising rental scooter and boat. We’ll be back for sure!

    - apartment was a great size for 3 adults and 2 children - even though the decor looks older than the other studios it doesn’t feel old - the pool was lovely, and with a shallow section perfect for kids, plenty of loungers and sun/shade spots - the coffee bar at reception was very good - 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and it’s an easy pleasant walk - 10 minute walk to a big supermarket or 15 minutes to a well equipped smaller supermarket

    The studio apartment was modern and clean. Air conditioner worked well. They let us check in early and were friendly. It’s a 1km walk to San Vito lo capo beach.
