There was no breakfast with the booking, However on arrival Aliona the owner had left us Tea, coffee, breads, croissants, water, eggs, cheese, three different types of meats and water in the fridge. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were greeted by Aliona and her lovely daughter Elena who both helped us in with our luggage, gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is on one level (which was great for my wife who has mobility problems,) it was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need and more, including an amazing view of the lake and mountains, and the terrace was great to sit at and enjoy breakfast with even better scenic views. This is more than just an apartment, it is a home were we felt really comfortable and relaxed. I have no problems recommending this place to anyone and if we ever get the chance to return to Lake Como area we will definitely book Aliona's apartment again.

To feel like a real guest in Nonna Anna’s house is a privilege. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms well appointed in traditional Italian style. The village setting is perfect and tranquil. Anna and Gerry are just the loveliest hosts.

Lovely stay at the Japo House. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, impeccably clean and beautiful location and views. The hosts are very polite and helpful. It is evident that they have put a lot of effort in making sure every detail around the house is just right.

Arrival at the destination was very easy and parking was not a problem at all. The facility is fully furnished and provides a kitchen with all the necessary items. The bathroom is very clean and well serviced. Comfortable bed and bedding!The apartment is very spacious with some really interesting historical items.The hosts were really helpful and a very delightful couple and were very attentive to our needs.
