My grandson (10 years old), my wife and I have just enjoyed a lovely week's holiday in this beautifully situated apartment with a view of the pool area and the sea 😀. We really enjoyed our stay here, mainly due to the service provided by Luciano and his team throughout the stay. It was unique. Very friendly and accommodating to all our questions. They simply did everything to make us feel at home. The apartment - with two balconies - was clean and very well equipped with all the equipment (including air conditioning) you need to have a good holiday. No less than 3 televisions and a well-functioning WiFi. In addition, we were delivered lovely food for breakfast in the form of cornflakes, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, bread, etc. And on top of that, we also got home-baked cake and home-baked muffins. Yum 😋. As guests in the apartment, we had access to a large and beautiful private swimming pool (remember to bring a swimming cap, which is mandatory for use of the pool). Of course, we hadn't brought that, but a call to Luciano, and within half an hour, we were equipped with the necessary swimming caps and could enjoy the pool again. What a service👍. We can warmly recommend the apartment, the area and Luciano and his staff. What a holiday experience ☀️.

Fully furbished flat,kitchen fully equiped, flat is very clean,has 3 rooms, smells very nice (like when you at home take freshly washed clothes out of the washing maschine :-), btw. wqshing maschine is also there) and has even terrace. The seashore is just 3 minutes of walk,you can watch there sunrise or sunset. The owner is very kind, we did not know our exact arrival time but they wait for us even suggested us to park car behind the yard door. The grocery shop is just brhind the corner and in the morning there was also small local street market (but it might be just coincidence,maybe the market is not every day...) and Bari is rrally close to this town Thank you for nice stay at your flat, it made our trip to Italy very comfortable 🤗

We had a little trouble finding the place - but the owners were great and came to guide us there. The unit is small but has character and is set up with everything you need - a well-appointed kitchenette, a seating area with table and chairs and a couch that folds out into a bed and a nice bedroom with a patio. It's an easy walk down to the beach and to there is a pool you can use! (Don't forget to return your pool card - like we did.)

    The hosts, Massimo and Filomena were wonderful and helped us a lot. The house was in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a bus stop right outside the house which was convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and relaxing. Great beds, AC, etc

    The property was very clean and exactly where we wanted it to be, a short drive right outside of downtown Bari. The private parking was great for us. Massimo and Filomena were so responsive and helpful getting us into the apartment easily and with clear directions. Apt has everything you need to make meals or bring in food. AC works really well. The area has some lovely restaurant options and good cafes for breakfast. Would return anytime and hope to one day

    We really enjoyed our stay there, especially service provided by Luciano and his team was excellent. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with all equipment you need for living including basic food for breakfast like cereals, milk, cheese, ham, eggs etc. As a guests of the apartment we had an approach to private swimming pool.

    we liked that it was like a hotel, not that kind of apartment like you do everything on your own. the owner brought us breakfast for all days of our staying, there was cleaning 1 time (we stayed 6 nights), they changed towels. so everything like in the hotel but actually you have an apartment. very close to the sea. very beautiful balconies with amazing view. close to Bari. we went there every day 20 minutes (by car). and we have never seen such a friendly host, who was so kind and gave us everything we asked.
