I really liked the size and equipments of the room. Location was great. The bed was big enough and comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom was nice. The room had 2 TVs up to from where we wanted to watch it, from bed or from the dining table.

The location less than a 5 minute walk from the subway was excellent. It was very easy to get to almost all locations in Kyoto. There was also a large grocery store nearby to pick up supplies for breakfast. By Japanese standards the room was very roomy and comfortable. Used the laundry a few times.

Very clean, near bus stops, friendly, responsive and helpful Ms Wang who is the person taking care of the guests. It offers a lot of privacy , has free coffee, I can boil hot water, and there is a washing machine (pay per use). It’s also 3 mins walk to an Onsen (highly rated and affordable) and five mins walk to Japanese restaurant. The aircon was really good, kept the room warm. Free Netflix but I didn’t watch. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

This was a great place to stay. Located close enough to the areas we wished to see and close to restaurants and only 20 min walk to bar district. Stayed with extended family and each had different rooms. The larger rooms were big enough to hold a family gathering in. Would definitely stay here again.

    It is a small well equipped studio apartment. Has a nice kitchenette, washing machine and excellent bathroom that doubles as a drier. Comfortable bed. Very good for extended stay. Located on the North boundary of Gion, so you can walk to many places. A bus stop is very close and the metro station just a few minutes away.

    The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It's fairly spacious, and perfect for a short stay. It's not super well connected in terms of getting to main Kyoto sites, but you can walk to the awesome Umekoji park which my kids absolutely love - amazing for water play & the cafe next to the playground is great too. If you want to experience a normal neighbourhood, this is a great way to do it. Toji temple is really close - the monthly (?) flea market there is definitely worth exploring.
