Location, super clean, new modern and spacious room, laundry machine, kitchen in case you want to cook. We loved the tatami rooms and also that it had a separate bedroom. I was traveling with my parents and that room was perfect for them, while we could enjoy the typical tatami style beds. It was close to everything and we really loved our stay, would definitely come back and stay here again!

The room was quite big and the tatami area very beautiful. Overall we had a great stay. The area is extremely typical and quite, but only a 10 minutes wall from Pontocho. We'll definitely come back if happen to be in the area!

The room was amazing! The bathroom had a washing machine and there was a built-in dryer right above the shower which blew our minds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious, it included a sofa and a table. The location was also perfect, few minute walk from Nishiki Market and other beautiful streets.

The room is exceed my expectation. It's large, beautifully design and very well equip. Very close to convenient store, also 30 mins walking distance to Kiyomitzu-Dera is pretty good. Not far from closest underground station. Staffs are friendly with great service mind :D

Great location at the riverside (excellent for bird-watching from the balcony). Close to many Kyoto sights and restaurant area. Very spacious and fully equipped, with kitchen and washing-machine.
