There was a lift which made accessibility easier with our luggage and kids. The hot water was amazing though we couldn't locate the soap until we opened the laundry shelf. Linen was clean and fresh. The house was well aerated and huge balconies.Wifi was working and smart TV was a good thing too for the kids. There was a washing machine though we dint use much of it. The host was very keen and attentive to our needs and always kept in touch to check if we were comfy enough.
