Self contained property with good facilities. We stayed for one night close to the airport and it was perfect for what we needed! Would recommend staying here. Felt safe and set us up nicely for the next part of our journey. The owners husband even kindly gave us a lift to the airport

We so enjoyed our one evening stay here. Communication with the host beforehand was outstanding and we were greeted in the most lovely manner. Someone carried our luggage upstairs and they had turned the air conditioning on for us after we let them know what time we would be there. I was worried about the airplane noise but the planes were infrequent and didn't wake me up. It was great being so close to the airport for an early morning departure. And the host arranged a transfer for us us that was stress-free and affordable. The apartment is clean and spacious and after an 8-day bicycle trip, we were able to do a load of washing which made the smell of our luggage for our further travels much more pleasant! 🙂 The host gave us restaurant recommendations and we were able to walk to have dinner and pick up some things at the supermarket. That being said, the kitchen is well stocked with snacks and drinks at extremely fair prices so if you don't feel like going out, you won't go hungry! I would not hesitate to stay here again. I was worried at first but reading the reviews about how clean it is, I relaxed a little and it was great! Oh, yeah, the WiFi was the best we had all trip!

Best place to stay in Colombo! We were picked up at 4:30am in the morning. It was so nice not to have to worry about transportation at that hour after many long flights, which we greatly appreciate. The apartment was spotless. The shower was hot. Extra pillows are important to us, and we had many for a good sleep.. Comfortable bed and blanket quality clean sheets. He let us sleep in until noon, which we really appreciate.Nice kitchen area for a meal and tea. Even snacks for purchase if you're hungry. Washing machine if needed. Easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. We we're even able to leave our luggage until we return at the end of the trip and stay again. Will always be our first choice when visiting Colombo

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! The apartment was super clean and spacious, with a comfortable big room, a cozy bed, and perfectly working air conditioning. Everything felt fresh and relaxing from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shoutout to our host, Krishan, who went above and beyond to help us with arranging taxis and making us feel right at home. Our stay was made even better by thoughtful amenities like tea and Nescafé, which added a nice touch of convenience and comfort. The natural view of paddy field and view of nearby airport were stunning. Our daughter especially loved watching the planes landing and taking off so close. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay that delivered great value for money. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a clean and, comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at The Glorious Holidays studio apartment Negombo. The room was very clean and super comfortable. The room facilities were excellent. Check-in was smooth and on time. Additionally, the airport pickup service was a huge plus, and the staff were happy to help us arrange transfers around Sri Lanka. Their assistance made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!
