The location is mind blowing with the front sea view, the villa garden and the swimming pool. There is also a beach access. Our room was big, nicely decorated in a colonial style with spa furnitures. The customer has the choice to have breakfast in front of his room on the private terrasse or in the garden which adds to the intimacy. The breakfast was really good!

I stayed here for two nights and had a truly pleasant and peaceful experience 😊. The property is clean 🧼, and the room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️. I was especially impressed by the beautifully designed bathroom 🚿✨. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk from Matara Railway Station 🚉. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of the hosts 🤗. The aunty and uncle who live next door are incredibly kind and always ready to help with a warm smile 🧓👵❤️. Amazing very kindly people that run this place, greeted with fruits & drinks + genuine conversation. Was also just given dinner (Rice + chicken) for nothing, very tasty & felt nice to not get ripped off in these places. For what I paid, a double bed room + AC & balcony view is definitely worth it. Location very close to train station also which helped me out. The man also owns a tuktuk:)

I stayed one night with my family during a two-day trip to southern Sri Lanka, and the experience was delightful. The villa is located just a few kilometers from Matara town, in a peaceful neighborhood, and is very well maintained. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. I had the pleasure of meeting both the manager and the property owner, who were exceptionally courteous and professional. At my request, they prepared a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast of string hoppers, chicken curry, dhal curry, and pol sambol, which was outstanding. I would gladly return for another stay.

It is a great sized house with two bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The owners were amazing and made us breakfast one morning and also helped us out with anything we needed, I would recommend staying here as it’s so close to mirissa beach (10 minute walk).
