We booked the home with cautious because there were no prior reviews. But , it was a wonderful luxury brand new apartment. My family with two kids enjoyed the stay very much. There are two comfortable bedrooms . One bedroom and living area air conditioned. Big plus is air conditions are new and cooling well. Modern kitchen available with all necessary kitchenette. Smart TV, sofas and sceneries on wall made our stay more enjoyable and relax. Bathroom is well occupied. It was a very clean holiday home and we felt like home. Private parking is available and very is to reach the property. Although we stayed only one day, there are all facilities available for a longer stay also. The host is very friendly and always in touch and helpful. We highly recommend the Cinnamon Holiday Home for guests for both shorter and longer stay and hope to visit again !

Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility. It provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we totally totally recommend it 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

.The Villa has to be one of the best places i stayed in Sri Lanka. The fittings, furniture,lighting,were all perfect. I could easily imagine myself in Southern Europe. A totally equipped kitchen is included also. Convenient for the eirport,5 kms waay.

Everything was perfect. Safety and cleanlinessnis what I value the most and they exceeded it, above and beyond. I really enjoyed our 3 week stay at this property it was clean and tidy. The property host chaminda was really friendly and showed good hospitality always attended to our needs whenever we needed something. We found Squire Condo during an emergency visit to Colombo and we found it’s ideal for family to spend time on a holiday or other visit. The place is very clean and tidy, amenities are very new and were supported all our needs. The neighbourhood is very calm, quiet and peaceful. The owner himself was available to support for all our needs, very friendly and respectful individual. He facilitated our stay was very comfortable.
