Camilas was amazing from the start. He messaged me a couple of days beforehand to ask what time I would be arriving and we arranged to meet. at the property. I was welcomed with a drink, fresh fruit and cake. The studio was amazing value for money. Great views, extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the beach with great views, kitchenette and great shower/bathroom. There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.

We had the cleanest and most comfortable stay in Sri Lanka at this amazing hotel! The room was very spacious and equipped with all the essential amenities, making our stay truly relaxing. Located close to the airport, it was the perfect place to stay upon arrival or before departure. The best thing was the security system in place, covering the entire premises , we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Our room looked exactly as pictured, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and balcony with view of the ocean. I also really appreciated the body lotion provided and the water bottles. WiFi, Netflix, and A/C were great too. Definitely check out the rooftop pool and view at sunset! We would stay here again our next time through Negombo. Our host even offered to drive us to the airport in the morning for a fair price.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything looked just like the listing—no surprises! The rooftop pool and bar were incredible, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the beach. The host was friendly and arranged transport, which made my trip so much easier. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Negombo!

Chose to stay in this room for a short stay with my partner as we came out of Airport. Located near Negombo beach, with great food options around as well as close to the town so it was convenient, Ish was friendly, pleasant place to stay. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean room facilities. Was somewhat disappointed that the wet weather stopped us from enjoying Negombo beach, but we are excited to return another time.

    Wow, what a place!! And a real hidden gem. It was a shame we couldn’t stay here for longer as we were only in Negombo to catch our flight the next morning. We had basically an entire apartment to ourselves! The facilities here were amazing and the room was very comfortable with working air con. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. If you are reading this review, trust me, just book this place. Even if it’s a little outside your budget, do it. You won’t regret it!!

    Big modern apartment, with a beautiful balcony and veiw. Location great, pool great and staff can’t do enough for you. You can use free bikes to go and explore the local area, it was a lovely way to spend the last part of our holiday. So glad we booked and we loved Negombo. Would highly recommend.
