1. The hotel looks very fresh and nice (which is not surprising as it was built a year ago). Everything from the facade to the rooms. 2. Our room (the biggest one) was awesome! It’s like the whole flat inside the hotel. There was a fully (almost) equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, large living room with a big TV and a couch. And the terrace where you can seat and look onto the mountains. Everything from the furniture to the light switches was nice. 3. The hostesses were always nice and responsive, helping us with every question we had. 4. The pool on the roof with admirable views made us happy even in the beginning of November. 5. Great SPA with a pool inside the hotel for a fair price. But we even got it for free (2h)! Thank you for such gift. 6. Breakfasts were not in the format we are used to (smorgasbord), but still delicious, with different options every day. 7. Laundry was very helpful in the end of our trip. They even managed to wash off the blood stain with no damage to my t-shirt. Also we didn’t have many clothes to wash and got a discount.

A perfectly located apartment. Practically on the beach. 20 minutes walk from the center of the city on an amazing seaside road. Even very closer to the beach. There was a parking space for us, which is vital in Kotor, especially where the apartment is located. Supermarket also in the nearby. The apartment itself is the same as in the photos and the rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay.

very good apartments. clean, comfortable furniture, maximum comfort for a super holiday. the view from the balcony is magnificent. birds sing in the morning. a bit far from the center, but the view, silence and comfort are worth it. the walk to the center is quite pleasant!

I really liked the apartments, the location is convenient, close to the center and at the same time on a quiet street. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kotor. The location is perfect, right next to the entrance to the Old Town and the walking trailer into the beautiful mountains. We were warmly welcome with wine and homemade tiramisu, which was such a lovely touch. Since we stayed over Easter the grandmother kindly gifted us boiled egg on Easter morning. The apartment was very clean, modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. Close to the restaurants and local bekeries. Warm greetings to Mrs. Bogdanka and her friendly grandson Luka - we truly felt at home.

From the hospitality and kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartment, the contents in it, the comfort of the bed, all the way to the nearest beach (pictures below - not even a minute's walk from the apartment), which is mostly visited only by the hosts (there is no crowd, which suits us), and the cleanliness of the same beach is on a solid level, everything was great. The air conditioner works perfectly without any problems, the owner also provided a coil against mosquitoes. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. There is no noise, we did not hear the church bell at all. The owner helped us with the choice of restaurants, nearby attractions, they even provided us with a boat ride to Gospa od Škrpjela, which pleasantly surprised us.
