Great view, clean and comfortable. The location is good right on Marigot Bay and there are good restaurants nearby. The owner was great and very friendly. Good pool on property and great patio with sunset views.

The place was within short walking distance to many restaurants and the ferry. We loved to leave the slider open to hear the ocean. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was safe and the host helped us to get a taxi. Thank you!

Everything. The place is just as pictured, tastefully decorated, bright, and most importantly right on the beach. It’s quiet enough for restful night of sleep. Most favorite part is the terrace where we’d spent most of our time in the evenings. Just a perfect place to stay on the French side.

    The owner and host had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to anticipate the guest’s needs. Every little thing was present to ensure that whoever stayed there would have a good time. The apartment even had cool bags and deck chairs to take to the beach. The host was exceptionally helpful. I realised, when I arrived, that my plugs did not fit the sockets. So, the host brought round an adaptor the very next day. And, she even took me to the airport when I’d finished my holiday. I can’t praise her enough!

    Location was excellent. Walkable to Orient Bay Beach, restaurants, shops, groceries and only seconds to access the main highway. The large loft apartment overlooking the pool was perfect. Stephanie and Stephane are wonderful hosts and we would stay at le Shamrock again most definitely!!

    Seabird Studio exceeded our expectations by far. Camille is an extremely nice and polite person. Check in was done quickly, she explained the most important points and then we felt like at home from the very first minute. This apartment had everything we needed, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. I have never been in a such neatly, well organized and clean place. And the best: A small balcony with a beach right underneath where you can have a drink or a lazy breakfast.

    This apartment was very clean, modern and had everything you need for a short stay. The view from the terrace was lovely and the kitchen was particularly well equipped, so we were able to cook a few meals. Camille was an excellent host and was patient despite us arriving later than planned.

    The hosts gave us a free upgrade to the Pinel studio as it was unoccupied during our stay. The view is breathtaking any time of day and the covered porch, private pool, beach and use of kayaks all great. The apartment was spacious, cool, clean and very comfortable. Good information about local hikes, beaches etc.
