Lovely apartment, garden and location. The owners are very hospitable. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. The apartment is huge for two people. The garden to the apartment is amazing! The apartment is very well furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living room is fabulous. The bedroom is at least 40 sq.m. We felt great! Thank you!

The accommodation was comfortable and we felt at home. Everything was clean, the apartments were fully equipped. I also liked the courtyard where you can sit and relax. Loved everything about our stay at Sharon's Studio Blue - the hosts are exceptional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, share local knowledge and show you the area's magnificent highlights. The location is sublime, right in the middle of a little village with loads of beautiful houses and a rich history. It is close to shops and a short easy walk to the Conference Centre (MECC). You will also enjoy fresh eggs from Sharon's chickens daily and if you're lucky, some amazing honey locally farmed by Ser himself. Ser's vast local knowledge of the town and it's history will enhance your trip and give you insights into the area that you simply would never experience in any hotel. This is a delight for travellers looking for a more unique, authentic and intimate experience of the area.

    We have stayed here more than ten times but renting the penthouse was a first. A light-flooded space with a large terrace, it has the same excellent facilities and cool, modern classic interior (Alessi furniture) as all apartments at Urban Residences. The light and the class walls of the penthouse are a delight.

    Very well designed modern apartment with great water supply and good equipment. Located very close to the centre of Maastricht with a parking spot outside the apartment which was really handy. We stayed to do the Amstel Gold Sportive which had registration / start about 7/8 miles away but as we wanted to be based in the city , it worked really well. Would highly recommend the apartment

    Lovely modern apartment that is very well kept; clean, spacious and comfortable. It was central to everything so we didn't have to take our car out again - just walked everywhere. The apartment is above The Goveneur Bar, so a little confusing when you first arrive, but as soon as I asked at the bar I was immediately directed to the lock box and everything was easy from there. Nice to have your car parked off the street in a secure garage.
