We booked Fairway Cottage for just one night, but as soon as we arrived, it felt like home. The cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities made it so easy to settle in. We ended up extending our stay for another day because we simply didn’t want to leave! The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many of Rotorua's top attractions. And also owner of the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. It’s truly an amazing place, offering both comfort and charm. The value for money is exceptional, a must-stay if you’re tripping in Rotorua!

The location was close to everything. Kmart down the road, take away close by. Near the hwy for other Rotorua adventures. Check in was easy. The furniture is comfy. Beds were nice. The place was clean . The kitchen has everything you need including aluminium and plastic wrap. The host was very responsive when questions asked.

Donna met us on arrival and explained our room and what’s on. The room was self contained and ample. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were lots of fresh goods in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. An outstanding experience. Recommended to all. Thank you.

    What a great place to stay. The apartment was clean, comfy and warm (it was the coldest night of the year so far). Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The car parks were around the back and couldn't be seen from the road, so it was safe to park the motorbike. And extra parking available on the road. Rose apartments are an easy drive into the city centre or a flat 15 minute walk. We'd definitely stay here again.
