I have already traveled a lot (since 2011) and this comfortable apartment is the best decorated I have seen, I think. It is very clean. Very well located within walking distance of SBMA Beach and the resto bars of Subic Bay. A convenience store is located directly on the ground floor. And the host is very friendly and available to answer questions via messaging.

Great location where you are in walking distance of restaurants, bars, malls and olongapo. Shop downstairs for all your essentials. There are also jeeps(Filipino buses) not to far so you can access areas around. Massage chair was a wicked bonus!

    Great place, gated apartments with parking available. The place was clean and well maintained. I loved that we were able to do laundry. Many places I looked up did not have a washer on the premises. Adequate kitchen and cooking supplies, we were able to cook every day, and the location is close to many restaurants if we wanted to go out or have food delivered. I will stay here again if I am in Subic!!

    This new apartment had everything we needed for a self sufficient stay, in good neighborhood. Washing machine was great as was balcony, quiet efficient a/c, ceiling fans, warm shower, nice bedding. Jezzal very helpful too.

    Easy check in process. Very Spacious for an apartment. Hot water available for showering, aircon worked well, Netflix available, wifi very fast, room had a double bed, sofa bed and extra mattress available. The kitchen was also spacious, microwave provided. 5mins walk to the mall.

    Our family vacation in Julz tropical apartment exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The complete apartment amenities were commendable as well as the approachable staff. The time we wasted in Baloy Beach shoreline and island hopping was time well spent. Lastly our Ocean Adventure experience was worthwhile.
