The accommodation significantly exceeded our expectations the host is an extremely nice woman, the apartment is clean and big, equipped with air conditioners, a washing machine, and a kitchen. The position is perfect because just on the beach in the quietest part of the island. Fantastic sunset view! Assuming you have a car, you can go all around visiting Praslin amenities. Nora, is a fantastic host: beyond all the suggestions she gave, she organised even a super premium dinner for the seven of us. On top of it, given my wife forgot some clothes when we left, she sent the bag to La Digue before we came back to Mahe. That was an AMAZING service you cannot always expect apart from perfection in hotel management!

The hosts are very kind and responsive. They assisted us in renting a car and helped us with all kinds of questions. The apartment is spacious and has a rather long and wide terrace. It is regularly maintained and very clean. The place is in a very communicative place and right next to the beach. We are very satisfied with the apartment and the hosts - that's why we used it for the second time within three years. We thank the hosts for their assistance and hospitality. Thank you to Vincent, his father, and his wife. They were very welcoming. The room is very spacious, so you can relax even if you stay with family or friends. The View from the room is also great. I was worried about mosquitoes, but it was perfectly fine even if I opened the windows at night. Not a single one. Dinner is an additional charge but be sure to request it in advance. I ate some very delicious Creole food. Vincent's father seems to be a very famous plant grower. He will be able to tell you a lot about Seychelles plants. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

    Location was perfect, the beach is amazing. The apartment was very nice and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. For us, a car was essential to be able to go out for dinner in the evenings and see other parts of the island throughout the day.

    Beautiful views, modern apartment, great kitchen and big bathroom, linen and soft towels, place has everything even a washing machine (shared but really helped). Welcoming staff, thank you for delicious breakfast treats and milk! Anse Lazio is a hike away (hill road is very steep, hardcore workout, but manageable-next time would hire a car just for that; but forest hike to the beach is good); awesome snorkeling there. And the little pool is so great-just what you need after the long walk up the hill!

    Terrasse sur Lazio is an amazing place which everyone should visits who looks for a calm and welcoming stay. Therese made us wonderful dinner, also for vegans which was exceptionally good. Best we had on Seychelles. She even helped us with a situation we had with a former booking. You can easily visit Anse Gorgette and Anse Lazio from this place or just relax. It is the only place that has a nice temperature because it is situated high on the hill. The apartment is bright and clean. We loved it!

    Located close to Anse Lazio (about 15 minutes on foot), with a bus stop right in front of the property. The owner was friendly, whenever he met us waiting for the bus, he gave us a ride, which was very nice and appreciated. We enjoyed the welcome drink. The apartment was equipped with a kitchen, so there is the possibility to cook.

    location of the facility on top of the mountain with a beautiful view of the bay with Anse Lazio beach, friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice apartment layout, food very tasty and served on the observation deck, I would recommend this place to others and it is worth staying here for a few days Thank you so much Teresa and Odin for such a wonderful 6 days for taking care to make our time here as pleasant as possible
