Excellent place, nice location, safe street. The apartment is very well maintained and there’re good facilities, like the laundry machine. The kitchen is well equipped. There’s a smart TV, air conditioner and good shower. They also offer towels, blankets and good pillows. The bed sheets and towels were very clean and with good scent. The balcony is perfect to dry clothes and see the view (I liked it). It’s close to markets, restaurants and tourist places. The host is very attentive and took good care of us. He offered a free ride to the airport on our way back home and helped us when we needed. Highly recommend :)

Our stay at Ben Turkia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was kind, professional, and always ready to help. The property is immaculate, and the entire place smells absolutely divine, with the refreshing scent of orange oil in every corner. It really adds to the relaxing atmosphere! Our room exceeded our expectations. The photos online truly don’t do justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a separate room with two single beds for our children and a spacious primary bedroom upstairs in the loft. You can choose to have breakfast on the roof top, terrace or your room. Breakfast was amazing and always on time. There is always someone coming to check in and take your order for fresh juice / coffee & tea. This is perfect for families. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Medina and close to the mosque. While the narrow alleys can be tricky to navigate at first, the hotel’s reception and security team made sure we were guided in and out with ease. Highly recommend this beautiful and welcoming property for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and comfortable stay in the Medina! We ended up booking the hotel again on the way back to Tunis.
