Nice, clean, new, spacious, very comfortable beds, well equipped apartment, best what we had in Vietnam! And the hospitality of the owners is great, they attend you and make sure your stay is spotless. Arranged pick up from the Airport in reasonable price. Very close to Hoi An Memories, 10-15 min walk to Hoi An centre.

Interestingly the name “house” is quite literally someone’s home converted into boutique hotel. The homes along the neighbourhood keeps their door wide open throughout the night because its safe! Our family booked the entire floor with 3 rooms. Without the entire apartment to ourselves, the rooms could be a bit tight. The rooms are newly renovated with modern amenities. Location very very close to the bridge, restaurants, bars, shops. We got to ride bicycle around the town in the morning.

The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close to the city center. When I arrived the staff told me I got upgraded to a room with a kitchen, which I absolutely loved. They were super kind and very helpful with arranging tours, massages, market visits, etc. The room was big and cool, because the AC and fan were both working. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. They asked multiple times whether my room needed cleaning and offered drinking water for free throughout my stay. Bikes were also free to use, which I appreciated. Overall, very very very satisfied and I will definitely go back here! 100% recommend it!

- great communication, very talkative host - location couldn't be better! It's as close to the Old Town and Night Market as it gets but still far enough to have quiet comfort - every floor has nice balcony with a table for morning coffee and at the top floor it's much bigger space to chill with some better view - even though we couldn't check in early, we could use a bathroom and take quick shower after night trip

We loved Lamer! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best part of the beach ⛱️ Breakfast was delicious, room (Lamer Wind) has a welcoming atmosphere and everything was super clean. The communication with the host was very good too!!!

    It's a spacious, light, entire apartment with cooking facilities, washing machine etc Gorgeous garden courtyard. It's on a picturesque, quiet back lane with real families for neighbours ... but only a few minutes over the bridge to the morning market. Free use of bicycle. The owner greeted me with fresh fruit and was responded quickly to every request. This is THE place to stay in Hoi An. Loved the dogs.
