Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

We were very happy to stay in the place. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. Totally recommend!

The accommodation is in an adjoining house 20 m from the main house. Two rooms are available in the main house. There is also a kitchen that you could use. You can make a very interesting excursion to the old volcano, preferably by mountain bike or off-road vehicle. You can also see the snow-capped mountains from the garden, the village restaurant is excellent and there is a mineral spring by the nearby river. There are numerous shops in the village. The premises are quite modern and I can highly recommend a stay here. You can reach the lake in a short time by car. The street to the house is good, no bad road!
