I recently stayed at Sargsyan ECO House in the peaceful village of Tsaghkunq, and it was truly a soul-refreshing experience. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of birds and sipping my coffee on the terrace overlooking the green hills. It’s the perfect spot for a digital detox, creative retreat, or just some deep rest. You can also explore the nearby Lake Sevan or enjoy a traditional Armenian meal in the village. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy heartfelt hospitality — this is it.

Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

We were very happy to stay in the place. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. Totally recommend!
