If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy heartfelt hospitality — this is it.

Tsovasar Family Rest Complex is located in Sevan and offers self-catering accommodations with an access to a private beach area and free WiFi. It is only a few steps away from Sevan Lake. Very hospitable, professional and helpful staff, especially two ladies in the restaurant and a man at the reception. Perfect location, near the lake. Pleasant swimming pool. Good breakfast.

The views from the living room are amazing! Everything was warm and cosy and clean. The host was very easy going and even though we had to change our arrival time a few times he was vey accommodating. I left something at the property and it was very easy to arrange for a friend to pick it up for me.

Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

We were very happy to stay in the place. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four.
