She managed to communicate all the necessary information about the apartment and area to us despite us not being able to speak a word of Austrian. Her son was on hand if needed as he spoke good English. She even gave us a parting gift of some local delicacies.

The cleanliness was excellent (which, considering the €100 cleaning fee, was expected). The layout was well thought out, featuring two toilets, two balconies on opposite sides of the building, and a fully equipped kitchen. A highlight of our top-floor apartment was the small private sauna—I didn’t personally use it, but it’s definitely a nice touch. Other conveniences included a designated ski storage room, a hanger for drying clothes, and easy parking. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views made the stay even more special.

Free public transport and cable car ride with valley guest card. Very friendly host. Loved it here. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Staircase to first floor was metal spiral type. Could be difficult if less mobile. Host was super helpful with luggage as well
