What I loved about this hotel and stay was Vali's world class customer service. She is an incredible host, so warm and friendly but also totally focused on giving the best possible experience. I arrived much earlier than planned and because my room had already been cleaned was allowed access. Vali was also super helpful answering any questions I had a about Schruns; where to go and how best to enjoy my visit. The hotel is SO convenient for the train station and town centre but also feels like a haven of peace and tranquility; with a lovely feel to it. It REALLY did feel like home from home for a night. Its is super clean and the rooms are well stocked with small touches that make you feel welcome and cared for. Such a positive and uplifting experience and I will definitely be back!!

The Four-Bedroom Apartment exclusively offers a sauna. It was very clean, very friendly staff. The kitchen had everything we needed, and when we needed something else, the staff was helpful. The breakfast was a nice start in the day for our large family. The bus stops next to the hotel. For non-skiers: There is nice playground nearby, a charming walk, a cute village.
