The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Ferienhaus Burgblick is centrally located in Treffen in the Carinthia Region, 2 km from Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Ski Area and the Kanzelbahn Lower Terminus. As it was located on the hillside and the shop could only reached by car different goods were available at the entrance of the accommodation for acceptable price that made “shopping” simple. They provided a transfer available to the ski slope that proved to be useful as the parking place was usually full after 9 o’clock. The departure time was negotiable. So we had good impressions and left with nice memories.

The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.
