Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Ferienhaus Burgblick is centrally located in Treffen in the Carinthia Region, 2 km from Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Ski Area and the Kanzelbahn Lower Terminus. Set in Bodensdorf, 3 km from Gerlitzen, Mathiasl Panorama Ferienwohnungen features a spa area with a sauna and apartments with a lake-view balcony or terrace. The place was absolutely perfect – clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The view was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the location ideal for exploring the area. The hosts were kind and always available for any questions. Everything was comfortable and family-friendly – a wonderful experience Highly recommend!!!

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. The facility is surrounded by forest and offers a very convenient starting point for hitchhiking. Right next to the resort is an excellent archery attraction. The spacious and clean rooms provide everything necessary for a family stay. Additionally, the place is very pet—and child-friendly, which makes morning breakfasts especially enjoyable. Yet another added value is the amiable staff, particularly Jozef. They did their best to resolve our only issue during our stay and even sent my glasses, which I left in the apartment, by post to Prague.
